Thank you. Exchanges and Returns: If there is a problem with your order please contact us IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. The item must be returned in the original condition. The returned item must be unworn, undamaged and in the original shipped condition. You the customer is responsible for shipping. MUST have a tracking number that needs to emailed to us for your return to be processed. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE Processing and Shipping: All shoes are inspected prior to shipping, so please bare with us as we show your shoes extra affection. Once order is placed it may take 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays) to process and verify information before the order is shipped out. Shipping normally takes about 2-5 business days after processing time. (we are NOT responsible for any USPS delays) A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order is shipped. ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR!!! In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and come back to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday. USPS Signature Delivery Confirmation is required with every order.
